A TV, or television, is an item of furniture obtainable in the Animal Crossing series. Like in real life, TVs broadcast an assortment of programs when turned on, such as game shows, cartoons, or plays. In the original Animal Crossing, each TV plays a specific show that never changes. The following is a list of the type of TVs that are available in-game. In animal crossing you can get old NES games, including mario bros, ice climbers, tennis, donkey kong and others. You can play them at the GCN and the GBA. You can get games at theses ways. The first player who start in a memory card will get 2 games. In Xmas you'll get a game, in your birthday too.

I played a little Animal Crossing yesterday, and I saw that Stu has already moved out of town.

Stu’s replacement was Egbert the yellow chicken. I’ve had him in my City Yolk town before, but now I get a crack at him on GameCube too. I’ve always liked Egbert, and he’s my 2nd favorite chicken in the series, just behind Hank. Benedict is a close #3, in case you were wondering.

At Nookington’s, I decided to buy this train car model.

I have the locomotive model (from Father’s Day) in my basement, and I decided to put this train car model behind it. Even though I don’t have a full track across the room, I still like how this looks here. I decided to remove two of my lighthouse models to make some room down here.

I didn’t speak to everyone yesterday, so it was a quick session. But I made sure to play again today. I accidentally asked Puck for a job, and he asked me to deliver some clothes to Maple. He said I could use the exercise…

This isn’t the first time he implied that I’m overweight, as you may remember from my Animal Crossing Rudeness video.

Static asked me for a new catchphrase to replace “in a flash,” so I told him to say “it zaps me.” He hasn’t used it in any funny way yet, but maybe next time.

When I chatted with Hank, he noticed the kiddie bookcase in my pockets. He offered to give me a strange painting for it. I gladly agreed to the trade, even though my museum is already complete. It’s a good deal to get a painting in a trade, especially on GameCube, since there are no forgeries.

A strange painting, huh? How strange could it be?

Just kidding, that’s not what it looks like. 😛

I then found Maple standing near a pond, and I gave her the shirt from Puck. She was thrilled with the shirt, and she was very sweet and grateful. And yet, she only gave me 223 bells as my reward. 😛

Today was the day of the spring sports festival! Unfortunately, I played too late to attend the first three events. But I did get to witness the tug-o’-war. Candi and Genji (Team Big Ears) were teamed up against the chicken-and bear cub team of Egbert and Kody. Let’s call them Team Banjo-Kazooie. Sydney was the referee…or flag-waver, to be more specific.

Honestly, the tug-o’-war is probably my least favorite event of the sports fair. It gets boring quickly. The aerobics is more fun because you can participate, and the foot race is unique because you get to see a villager fire a gun (the starter’s pistol). 😛 The ball toss is my favorite of all; it’s just fun to watch.

If you’d like to see all of the events, here is an old video of mine that shows all four events.

After a stop at the dump (where I found a picnic table and a retro TV) and the post office, I returned home for the day. If you participated in the sports fair, I hope you had a good time! Remember, there will be another one in September if you missed out today.
