HENDERSON (KTNV) — A lucky gambler turned a $3 wager into a multi-million dollar jackpot over this past weekend at a Las Vegas-area casino.

A guest was playing an IGT’s Megabucks Triple Red Hot Sevens Slot at Sunset Station in Henderson when the person won a $13,154,723 payout.

The winner began playing the machine just before 8:30 a.m. on April 14 and hit the jackpot after inserting $40 and playing for less than 2 minutes, according to a property spokesperson.
