- Upon use, consumes 1 coin and has a chance to drop a random pickup, like a Slot Machine.
- Unlike a Slot Machine, the default reaction to using a bad pill will occur if the Portable Slot grants nothing.

Treasure Chests require a Key to open and contain an item from the Treasure Room Pool. But they can also contain 3 Super Troll Bombs if your Evil stat is high.
Vacuum Chests[edit | edit source]
Vacuum Chests, once opened, start sucking all pickups in the room towards it, consuming those that get too close. After a while, it closes again, and upon being reopened, pays out with coins, trinkets and potentially an item, depending on how many pickups were consumed. Has a 20% chance to spawn if there are 5 or more pickups on a room when it's cleared, and cannot spawn on Greed Mode.

Rainbow Chests are very rare, being able to replace any other chest at a 0.04% chance. When opened, it spawns one of each other chest type, along with providing 1 Key for each.

Has a chance to replace Donation machines, Slot/Fortune machines, and Reroll machines. Takes Coins to play, and upon paying out, grants the player a random familiar for the duration of the floor. Scales with luck, to the point where it only takes 1 Coin for a payout.
